The Field of Valor team is in need of a few good Scouts to help fold and store American Flags. These flags were on display to honor members of the US Military. Meet at Outback Storage from 9am - 12 noon in your Class B uniform. You will be outdoors, so bring a jacket!

Whether you are brand new to backpacking or consider yourself to be an expert, this course will provide all you need to know before taking your unit into the great outdoors.

Taking Troop 737 climbing requires more than just having the right equipment! It requires qualified instructors to ensure a safe trip. By training as a BSA Climbing instructor you will be able to take Scouts out to experience the challenges of climbing & rappelling and have an active climbing program in your local unit or be active with district or council sponsored climbing/rappelling activities.

The Orange County Council, National Eagle Scout Association is now accepting nominations for the National Eagle Scout Service Project of the year award. This prestigious award is presented to one Eagle Scout each year whose Eagle project rises to the level of excellence befitting this honor and stands out among all others. We know your Eagle Scouts have done great things in 2015, so get your nominations in!

Christmas Tree Recycle December 28 & January 2

Don’t let the goodness of your real Christmas tree go in the city dump. RECYCLE!! Crews 727 and 637 along with Great Scott Tree Service are giving back to Mother Earth and Scouting. Your donated tree will be turned to mulch and used as bedding for new and existing camp sites at Oso Lake Boy Scout Camp.
 
Please deliver your tree to Os Lake Scout Camp between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Trees must be free of ornaments and unnatural items. Thank you for your donation!
